For agencies on the Costa Blanca and the Canary Islands
Your listings in every language. Your leads in one place.
BRES is the platform for estate agents in Spain: listings, leads and follow-up in one system, with a lightning-fast website in your buyers' languages.
Your website says
Still on Inmoweb, Sooprema or a website nobody dares to touch?
Your current listings go through a trial import first. You see what comes in for each property, and an empty or broken source deletes nothing.
How switching worksEverything your agency does, in one place.
From the first photo to the viewing: one system, no typing things in twice.
-
Listings
Manage each property once.
Facts, texts and photos live in one place. Every change gets a version, so two colleagues never overwrite each other's work.
- Photos with rights per image
- Public images in AVIF and WebP, automatically
- Bulk edits and saved drafts
-
Leads
No more enquiries lost in an inbox nobody reads.
Every enquiry from your website arrives with the property attached, gets an owner and a deadline. Stored first, confirmed second: a mail outage never costs you a lead.
- Routing by language or colleague
- Tasks, viewing requests and seller intake
- Buyer wishes with an explanation of why a property fits
-
Languages
Translation with a reviewer, not a guess.
Texts per language go through a review queue with a glossary and translation memory. Numbers are checked against the source, and a text goes stale as soon as the source changes.
- A language only goes live after review
- Numbers checked against the source text
- A translator, colleague or AI makes the proposal
-
Portals
See what each portal really received.
Feeds for Kyero and JamesEdition are built and validated against their formats. For every property and channel you see the delivery status.
- Kyero and JamesEdition: feed validated
- Idealista and Fotocasa: coming soon, once the contract is in place
- A feed is not a publication, and BRES shows the difference
-
Website
Publishing is one button. So is rolling back.
Every release is checked before it goes live. You restore an earlier version with one click, and a withdrawn property is off your site straight away.
- Production and preview kept apart
- Only reviewed languages go live
- Only changed pages are rebuilt
Fast is not a feeling. It is measured.
A BRES website is made of ready-made pages. There is no database between your visitor and the page, so nothing keeps them waiting.
- 333,781 pages in one build: 10,000 properties in 30 languages, in 7.5 minutes
- 55s from one price change to a new release; 211 pages rebuilt, the rest reused
- 17s the same change with 1,000 properties in 30 languages
Measured locally on 15 and 16 October 2026 on an AMD Ryzen 9 workstation running Windows 11. Measurement report on request.
A price change does not rebuild your whole site.
Each dot stands for about 185 pages of a site with 10,000 properties in 30 languages. One price change touches 211 of them: just over one dot.
Findable in every language, technically clean
Lighthouse scores of this page on mobile (16 October 2026)
- 97 Performance
- 100 Accessibility
- 100 Best practices
- 100 SEO
- Its own address per language, with hreflang and x-default
- A canonical on every page
- A sitemap per language
- Structured data for properties and your agency
- A withdrawn property returns 410, not a dead link
- Real HTML that works without JavaScript too
More than thirty languages. Not one of them guessed.
BRES supports more than thirty languages and variants, including right-to-left Arabic and Japanese. A language only appears on your website once someone has reviewed it. Prices, sizes and status are never translated: they are formatted correctly for each language.
From source text to live
- SourceYou write in your own language.
- ProposalA translator, colleague or AI suggests a version.
- CheckNumbers and glossary terms are verified.
- ReviewSomeone who speaks the language approves it.
- LiveOnly then does the language go on your site.
No translation plug-in layered over your site: every language is a real page with its own address.
Your own website, not a template shared with thousands.
Every agency gets its own design with its own design system. The site runs separately from the platform: it loads instantly and keeps running if something hiccups elsewhere.
- Search and filters with shareable addresses
- Favourites and comparison
- Gallery, energy label and an enquiry per property
- An enquiry form that works without JavaScript
Extra per website
AI as an extra, on or off per site.
Two paid extensions. You switch them on per website, and you see what they do and what they cost.
-
AI blog per language
Articles about your area and your market in the languages of your site, with facts from your own source list. You approve every article before it goes live.
-
AI assistant on your website
Answers visitors' questions with your real listings and your own knowledge, and with their consent prepares an enquiry for your team.
The foundation is already there: in BRES, AI proposals always pass a reviewer and never publish facts on their own.
From first conversation to live.
-
Introduction
A conversation and a demo with an example of your own kind of listings.
-
Trial import
We read in your current listings as a trial. You see what comes in for each property; nothing is published yet.
-
Design and languages
Your site gets its own design. You choose the languages, and the review queue is ready.
-
Live
Once you approve, the site goes live on your own domain. Portals follow one by one, as each portal gives its approval.
Questions agents ask us
Request a demoWhat does BRES cost?
BRES is a monthly subscription. The price depends on your number of properties, your languages and extras such as AI. Request a demo and you will receive a proposal for your agency.
Can I bring my current listings?
Yes. BRES imports BRES JSON and CSV and the Kyero format, with a trial import first. For other sources we look together at what your current software can export.
Does BRES work with Idealista and Fotocasa?
Not yet. A connection with Idealista or Fotocasa requires a contract with that portal, and we are working on it. Feeds for Kyero and JamesEdition are built and validated; they are switched on per account once the portal approves.
Which languages can my website use?
BRES supports more than thirty languages and variants, including Arabic (right to left) and Japanese. We only publish a language once its texts are reviewed: by you, your team or a translator.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can export your listings at any time as BRES JSON or CSV.
Which language do I work in myself?
The back office is available in Dutch and English.
How secure is my data?
Every agency is shielded from other agencies in the database. Private details such as owner, address and commission never reach your public website. Sign-in supports two-step verification.
