BRES is software for estate agencies, not tied to one country. We start in Spain: Bottlepost Media is moving the agencies it has supported for years to BRES first. After that, BRES is open to agencies in any country.

Builds and runs the platform, the websites and the connections, and keeps track of the status of each connection.

Independent of portals
No portal owns BRES. Your listings go to the portals you choose, and every portal gets the same data.

Honest about connections
We only call a portal connected once the portal has accepted it. Until then, we simply show the current status.

Your data stays yours
You can export your listings whenever you like. We never keep anyone tied to us through their own data.

No invented facts
AI makes suggestions and publishes nothing by itself. Prices, measurements and status are never translated or rewritten.

Every number on this site has been measured, with the date and machine stated. No estimates or sample figures.
