No. BRES is not tied to one country: languages, formatting per language and your own website work for agencies anywhere. We start in Spain, with the agencies Bottlepost Media already supports. Portal connections are built market by market.

Yes. The admin area works in the browser on computer, tablet and phone. You do not need to install anything.

The admin area is available in Dutch and in English.

Yes. You decide for each colleague what they can see and do.

Yes. BRES imports BRES JSON, CSV and the Kyero format, always as a trial import first. For other sources we look together at what your current software can export.

An empty or interrupted source deletes nothing. Conflicts and doubtful cases go into quarantine first, to be checked.

That depends on your listings and your design. After the trial import you know how your listings come in, and then we plan the go-live together.

Yes. Every agency gets a site with its own design, typeface and imagery. We do not copy the look of another agency.

The technical side is in place: a separate URL for each language, hreflang, sitemaps with photos and structured data for each property. On mobile, this site scores 100 for SEO in Lighthouse. How high you rank also depends on your content and your competition; we make no promises about that.

You edit and publish properties, texts and photos yourself. We adjust the design together.

Not yet. A connection with Idealista or Fotocasa requires a contract with that portal, and we are working on it.

Feeds for Kyero and JamesEdition are built and validated against their format. They are switched on per account as soon as the portal gives its approval.

No. BRES is independent and not owned by any portal. You choose which portals your listings go to.

BRES supports more than thirty languages and variants, including Arabic (right to left) and Japanese. We only publish a language once the texts have been checked: by you, your team or a translator.

No. Facts such as price, floor area and status are never translated or rewritten. They are formatted correctly for each language.

€49 per month per agency, excl. VAT, including your own website. The AI add-ons are optional.

That depends on your switch and your design. You hear about them in advance, in the proposal after the demo.

Yes. You can export your listings at any time as JSON or CSV.

In the database, each agency is isolated from other agencies. Private details such as owner, address and commission never appear on your public website. You can sign in with two-step verification.

Yes. Every enquiry from your website shows which consent the visitor gave, and when.

No. AI suggestions are always reviewed by someone at your agency. The AI publishes nothing by itself and does not make up facts: figures without a source are blocked.

No. The AI blog and the AI assistant are optional and you switch them on or off per website.
