What happens after your request
Introduction
A conversation and a demo using an example of listings like yours.
Proposal
You receive a proposal with the monthly price and any one-off costs. Only then do you decide.
Trial import
We import your current listings as a trial. For each property you see what comes in; nothing is published yet.
Design and languages
Your site gets its own design. You choose the languages, and the review queue is ready.
Live
Once you approve, the site goes live on your own domain. Portals follow one at a time, as soon as each portal gives its approval.
Questions about pricing
Is my website included in the price?
Yes. Your own website with its own design, the hosting and the updates are part of the €49 per month.
Do I pay per property, per user or per language?
No. The price is per agency. More properties, colleagues or languages do not raise the monthly price.
Are there one-off costs?
That depends on your switch and your design. You hear about them in advance, in the proposal after the demo, and only decide after that.
What do the AI add-ons cost?
The AI blog and the AI assistant are optional and you switch them on per website. We discuss the price in the demo. In BRES you see each month what they cost.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You can export your listings at any time as JSON or CSV. Your data stays yours.
Will the site run on my own domain?
Yes. Once you approve, the site goes live on your own domain.
